Your initial consultation is structured so I can thoroughly understand your current health in as much detail as possible. This is done by asking a wide variety of questions in different body systems to view the body as a whole.

At the end of your consultation I will formulate a plan including herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplements along with specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations . This may also involve referral to have some functional pathology testing performed if needed.
